Luedeke Named OCCAC Volleyball Player of the Week

The Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC) has named Edison State Community College freshman Emma Luedeke (New Knoxville HS) the OCCAC Volleyball Player of the Week for October 14-20, 2024.

Luedeke dished out 90 assists (11.25/set) during two league wins last week. Along with steering the Lady Charger's offense, she also dug 18 balls in total and registered an ace in both contests.

The week began with a road trip to Lorain County, where the Lady Chargers handed the Commodores just their second conference loss of the season. Luedeke racked up 60 assists and 11 digs in the 5-set thriller. She then came back to deliver 30 more assists and seven digs in a straight-set victory over Hocking.

The Lady Chargers are currently 15-12 overall and 6-3 in the conference.
