The Edison State Community College women's basketball team fell 78-53 to Owens Community College on Wednesday night on the road.
Sarah Pothast (Wapakoneta HS) scored 18 points to lead the team. Kailani Broyles (Massillon Washington HS) had 11 points and Clair Schmitmeyer (Versailles HS) 10 for the Chargers.
The team is now 23-5 on the season and 10-4 in league play. The Lady Chargers return to action Saturday, February 23 at Lakeland Community College.
