The Edison State women's basketball team improved to 8-3 in league play Wednesday night and 21-4 overall after defeating Clark State Community College 82-64 at home.
Kailani Broyles (Massillon Washington HS) led the team with 24 points. Clair Schmitmeyer (Versailles HS) and Sarah Pothast (Wapakoneta HS) both had their second double-double in as many nights. Schmitmeyer finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Pothast had 23 points and 10 rebounds.
The Chargers return to conference action this Saturday, February 16th versus Lorain County Community College
