The Edison State Community College women's basketball team defeated Cedarville University JV Tuesday night 75-59.
Lauren Monnin (Versailles HS) led the team in the scoring column with 19 points. Jessie Crowell (Covington HS) earned 15 points, Clair Schmitmeyer (Versailles HS) had 14 points, and Riley Culver (Wapakoneta HS) added 11 points as well. The second quarter made the difference when Edison State outscored Cedarville 29-7.
The Lady Chargers are now 10-0 on the season. The team will return to action on the road Friday, December 8 at 5:30 p.m.
