The Edison State Community College women's basketball team rolled to a 96-48 victory over Southern State Community College on Tuesday night. The game was busted open with a 35-4 run midway through the game.
Lauren Monnin (Versailles HS) led the team in scoring with 21 points. Riley Culver (Wapakoneta HS) added 14 points, and Lauryn Gray (Piqua HS) had a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds. Clair Schmitmeyer (Versailles HS) and Rosie Westerbeck (Minster HS) added 13 and 12 points respectively. The Chargers are now 7-0 on the season.
The Lady Chargers will return to action in a conference matchup with Columbus State Community College on the road Wednesday, November 29th at 5:30 p.m.
