Iheukwu Named OCCAC Basketball Player of the Week

The Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC) has named Edison State Community College sophomore Caleb Iheukwu (Westerville North HS) an OCCAC Basketball Player of the Week for December 11–17, 2023. Iheukwu also earned OCCAC Player of the Week recognition back on November 6.

Iheukwu poured in 32 points on 11-of-20 shooting and 9-of-12 at the foul line during a road triumph at Owens. He did more than just score though, also recording eight rebounds, two assists, and a block while playing all 40 minutes.

The Chargers are 6-5 overall and 3-1 in the OCCAC.
