Hocking College Defeated in Three Sets
On Saturday, September 9 the Edison State Community College women's volleyball team defeated Hocking College in 3 sets.
On Saturday, September 9 the Edison State Community College women's volleyball team defeated Hocking College in 3 sets. The scores of the matches were 25-10, 25-8, and 25-13.
The Lady Chargers were led by Freshman setter Noel Ufferman (Fairbanks High School) who contributed 21 assists, 5 aces, 5 kills, and 3 blocks. Ufferman also led the team in hitting percentage for the match.
The Edison State volleyball team is now 8-3 overall, and are set to play the Columbus State Cougars on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at 7 pm at Edison State.

The Edison State Community College Office of Business and Community Partnerships along with Edison State President Dr. Doreen Larson invite all Edison State alumni, faculty members, staff members, and retirees to attend the Charger Country Volleyball Night before and during the September 13 women's home volleyball game versus Columbus State Community College.
All of those who pre-register to attend the Charger Country Night will receive free admittance to the game, pre-game food and drink, and a gift. The Charger Country festivities run from 5:30–6:30 p.m. in the Edison State Charger Pavillion Suite Box.
