The Edison State men's basketball team fell short to Hocking College Wednesday night 86-77.
After leading at the intermission, the Chargers came out cold in the second half losing the road game. A poor free-throw shooting performance came back to haunt the Chargers who went 6-18 from the stripe.
Dakota Prichard (Spencerville HS) led in scoring for the Chargers with 17 points, going 5 of 10 from the arc while Jacob Rogan (Bellefontaine HS) added 13 points.
Edison State moves to 13-6 on the year. The Chargers return to league action next Saturday at 3:00 p.m. as they travel to Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland.
