Chargers Win 15th Game of Season
The Edison State men’s basketball team won their 15th game of the season Saturday afternoon defeating Hocking College 101-74.

After a 42-28 halftime advantage, the Chargers increased the pace of things in the second period of play converting on numerous fast break opportunities. When the dust settled the Chargers had 101 points on 23 team assists.
"Our unselfish team play seems to be getting better each game," commented Coach Hickman.
The rapid ball movement of this afternoon's Chargers reaped huge benefits as 6 different Chargers produced double-digit scoring.
Zach Ledbetter (Vandalia Butler HS) scored 18 points hitting 5 of 10 from behind the arc. Romello Yaqub (Troy HS) scored 17 points. Dae'Shawn Jackson (Springfield HS) scored 16 points. Nick Thompson (Miami Valley Saints) added another 16 points along with 10 boards for a double-double. Hadith Tiggs (Wayne HS) scored 14 points and added 6 assists, while Christopher Landrum, II (Troy Christian HS) scored 13 points and added 6 assists of his own. The Chargers are now 15-11 on the season.
The Chargers will be on the road Tuesday evening as they travel to Southern State Community College to take on the Patriots at 7:30 p.m.
